올해 1분기 인수합병(M&A) 건수가 전년동기보다 2배 이상 늘어난 것으로 나타났다. 22일 한국 M&A거래소(KMX)에 따르면 1분기 중 상장회사와 비상장 회사를 포함해 총 217건의 M&A가 이뤄졌다. 지난해 같은 기간(88건)보다 129건(146.6%)이 늘었다. 상장기업이 78건, 비상장기업이 139건의 M&A를 진행했다…
